Parents: your child's records

Report cards, attendance, fees, timetable — and switching between children.

Once you are signed in, everything is organised around one child at a time. If you have several at the school, switch between them at the top of the page.

Report Card

Your child's results for the current term — every subject, the marks behind each, the total, the grade and the teacher's remarks.

Report cards appear when the school publishes them, not as marks are entered. An empty or incomplete report card usually means the term's results are not finished yet, and it will fill in.

You can print it. It is laid out for A4.

Attendance

Days present and absent, and the percentage. This updates as teachers mark the register, so it is current rather than end-of-term.

Fees

What has been billed, what has been paid, and what is outstanding, with the payments listed. This is the same record the school's own office works from, so if something looks wrong it is worth raising — the figure you see is the figure they see.

Transcript

A multi-term record, covering more than the current term. Some schools charge for this; if yours does, you can pay for it here and it becomes available once the payment goes through.

Timetable

Your child's week. Useful on a Sunday evening.

Assessments

The homework and quizzes your child has been set, what has been handed in, and what is marked. You can see the work but not do it — submitting is your child's side, through their own sign-in.

News

Announcements from the school and from your child's class.

If something is missing or wrong

Almost everything here is entered by the school, so the school is the place to fix it:

  • A child is missing — that child has a different guardian email on file
  • The report card is blank — results are not published yet
  • A fee looks wrong — ask the school office
  • Attendance looks wrong — ask the class teacher

Trouble getting in at all: Trouble signing in.
