Report Card

Report Card shows your results for the current term — every subject, the marks behind each, your total and grade, and your teachers' remarks.

It appears only when the school publishes it. Marks are entered over the whole term, then locked, then released to everyone at once. So an empty report card in week three is normal, not a fault, and there is nothing to fix — it will fill in.

Use the report selector to open available past published terms. Historical reports are saved when published; contact the office if an older report is not available.

You can print it. It is laid out for A4, and your browser's "Save as PDF" gives you a file to keep or send.

If a subject is missing or a mark looks wrong, tell the teacher who teaches it. They can see exactly what was entered and correct it.

Attendance

Days present, days absent, and your percentage. This updates as teachers mark the register, so it is current rather than something you only see at the end of term.

The dated register shows individual days. If a day is wrong, choose its date and send an attendance correction request. You can follow its status and read the school office’s response here.

Fees

What has been billed, what has been paid, and what is still owed, with the individual payments listed.

This is the same record the school office works from. If a payment you know was made is not showing, that is worth raising with them — you are both looking at the same page.

Notes, links and files your teachers have shared with your class, grouped by subject and topic.

You see only what your teachers marked for students. Mark schemes and answer keys are kept separately and are not here — that is deliberate, not an oversight.

News

Announcements from the school and from your class, newest first. Pinned items stay at the top.

The News badge counts unread announcements on this device. Opening News marks the visible announcements as read.
