Parents: signing in
Sign in with your email address and a six-digit code. No password.
Go to your child's school address and add /parent — something like
yourschool.mdigitalsis.app/parent.
There is no password
You sign in with your email address and a six-digit code:
- Enter the email address the school holds for you
- A code is sent to that address
- Type the code in
That is it. Nothing to remember, nothing to reset.
The code expires after a few minutes. If yours has expired, go back and ask for another.
It has to be the address the school holds
This is the one thing that catches people out. The code goes to the email address recorded against your child as their guardian. If you give a different address — a work address, a newer one — no code will arrive.
The page will still say a code has been sent. It says that whatever you type, deliberately, so that nobody can use the page to discover which addresses have accounts. Silence is not a fault; it means the address is not the one on file.
If you are not sure which address the school has, ask the school office. They can see it and change it in a moment.
If no code arrives
- Check the spelling
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Wait a minute — mail is not always instant
- Ask the school which address they hold for you, and to correct it if needed
More than one child
Sign in once. If you have several children at the school, they all appear, and you switch between them at the top of the page. They must all be registered against the same email address for that to work — if one is missing, that child has a different guardian email on file.
