Students: signing in
Your student ID and 4-digit PIN — and the email code if you lose it.
Go to your school's address and add /student on the end — something like
yourschool.mdigitalsis.app/student. Save it to your phone's home screen; you
will use it often.
Signing in
Two things:
- Your Student ID — printed on the login slip your school gave you
- Your PIN — four digits, on the same slip
That is all. There is no password to remember.
If your school has not handed out slips yet, ask your class teacher. They can print yours, and they can reset your PIN if it has gone astray.
If you do not have your slip
If your school holds your email address, you can sign in with that instead. Choose Email + code, enter your email, and a six-digit code is sent to you. Type it in and you are through.
The code expires after a few minutes. If it has, ask for another one.
The page always says a code has been sent, whether or not it recognises the address. That is on purpose — it stops strangers using the page to find out who has an account. If nothing arrives, check the spelling, then check your spam folder, then ask your school which address they hold for you.
Manage your account
Open Profile → Account access after signing in. To change your PIN, enter its current four digits, your new four digits, and the new PIN again. Leading zeros count. Saving signs out your other devices.
You can also add or change your login email here. Enter an address only you use for your student account, request its verification code, then enter that code. Your previous email stays in use until verification succeeds. Each student in a school needs a different login email.
New Student IDs use your school's prefix without dashes. Your older printed ID continues to work, with or without its dashes.
What you will find
- Home — what is due, what is next, and anything urgent
- Report Card — your current and available past published results
- Attendance — your record
- Fees — your statement
- Timetable — your week, and you can print it
- Assessments — homework and quizzes
- Resources — notes and materials your teachers have shared
- News — school and class announcements
- Profile — your own details
Signing out
Use the account menu, especially on a shared or school computer. Just closing the tab is not the same thing.
