Parents: buying a transcript
A multi-term record for transfers and applications — how to pay, and what to do if it fails.
The Report Card tab shows one term. A transcript covers several — the record you need for a school transfer, a scholarship application, or an admission form.
Parent portal → Transcript, with the right child selected.
Some schools charge for it
Whether a transcript costs anything is your school's decision, not ours. If yours charges, the tab shows the price and a button to pay.
Payment is by Paystack — mobile money or card. You are taken to Paystack's own secure page, and you come back to the portal afterwards.
Nobody at the school and nobody here ever sees your card or mobile-money details. They are handled entirely by Paystack.
After paying
You return to the Transcript tab and it says whether the payment succeeded. On success the transcript unlocks for that child and loads straight away.
It stays unlocked. You are not paying per view — come back and read it again whenever you need to, and print it.
If the payment fails
The tab tells you. Nothing is charged for a failed payment, and you can try again.
If money has left your account but the transcript is still locked, do not pay again. Contact the school office with the date, the amount, and the mobile number or card you used. Payments are matched up automatically, and a payment that did not match is flagged so somebody can look at it.
One child at a time
The transcript is for whichever child is selected at the top of the page. If you have several children, paying for one does not unlock the others — each is a separate record.
If the transcript looks incomplete
It contains the terms the school has published. A term that was never published does not appear, and that is a question for the school office rather than a fault with the payment.
