Signing in for the first time
Your first password, changing it, and what to do if it does not work.
Your school has its own address — something like yourschool.mdigitalsis.app.
Staff sign in at /login on that address. Ask your administrator for the
exact link; it is worth saving to your phone's home screen.
Your first sign-in
Sign in with your email address and the password you were given. You will be asked to set your own password straight away. Choose it properly — it is the only thing between someone and your class's marks.
If you were never given a password, your login has not been created yet. Being listed in the staff directory is not the same as having an account — your administrator has to grant access separately.
Changing your password later
Top right → your name → Change password.
The same menu has Sign out all other devices, which is what to use if you signed in on a shared or school computer and are not sure you signed out.
If you cannot get in
- "Invalid email or password" — check the email. It must be the address your school registered you under, and it is not case-sensitive, so capitals are not the problem.
- No password, or you have forgotten it — use Forgot password on the sign-in page. A code is sent to your registered email; it expires after a few minutes, so use it promptly.
- The page says the school is not available — check the address. A mistyped school name will not load.

What you will see
Your sidebar is shorter than an administrator's, and shorter than the list in this guide. You get what your role allows and nothing else. If a page you expect is missing, that is a permissions question for your administrator, not a fault.
